Denmark’s national robot, automation and drone cluster – Odense Robotics – brings together the entire ecosystem to drive innovation and growth in the industry nationwide.

The cluster has regional hubs in Aalborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Odense and Sonderborg, with the cluster secretariat in Odense. The cluster is founded on partnerships with leading knowledge institutions: Aalborg University, Aarhus University, Kolding Design School, Danmark’s Technical University, FORCE Technology, the University of Southern Denmark and the Danish Technological Institute.

About us

National cluster for a growing industry

Odense Robotics is Denmark's robot and drone cluster. We accelerate innovation and growth amongst the country's robot, automation and drone companies.

Denmark's robotics, automation and drone industry has grown significantly in recent years and is now home to global market leaders, high-growth startups and world-leading research. There are more than 300 robotic, automation and drone companies across the country employing around 8,500 people.

Denmark's global stronghold is shaped by its leading role within collaborative robots, mobile robots, food automation and professional service robots. With many high-growth, innovative startups, Denmark is internationally renowned for developing and commercialising new technologies.

The cluster's vision is to make Denmark an even bigger, better robot nation. And our mission is to drive innovation and accelerate sustainable development throughout the Danish robotics and drone industry. We do this by bringing together the entire ecosystem in a nationwide setup with regional hubs across the country.
