HR Network meeting at R-22

Join us at our next HR Network meeting on Friday 25 March at Odense Congress Center, where you can get insights on talent development and network with other HR professionals from the robotics industry. After the meeting, you can explore the robot fair R-22 and meet candidates. 

The Odense Robotics HR-Network is open to all paid members across the country and gathers HR professionals and employees responsible for HR.

Talent Development and sparring

The network meeting focuses on talent attraction, with  plenty of opportunities for you to network and get sparring from peers.

First, Martin Wiedemann from Blue Ocean Robotics will present their approach to talent development. Then Ole Mathorne, external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark and Senior Consultant at Promentum, will present some of his latest insights on talent development. Read more about here.

The meeting will be facilitated by Randi Mørk Lildballe, Project Manager at worklivestay, who facilitates the HR Network on behalf of Odense Robotics. Presentations will be held in Danish, but sparring and discussions can be held in English depending on participants.

After the meeting – explore the fair and meet candidates

This HR Network meeting takes place at the R-22 robot fair on its third day, which has a special focus on attracting talent. Students gain free access to the fair on this day, where they can hear inspiring talks and even meet potential employers.

After the meeting, you can explore the fair and meet potential candidates. The conference app is currently under development and will soon enable:

• Candidates to upload their CV
• Companies to search between CVs
• Companies can book candidates to an informal meeting / job interview at R-22
• Companies to create a company profile.
