Matchmaking between Pittsburgh Robotics Network and Odense Robotics
Join us for this unique cluster-to-cluster online meeting where members of the Pittsburgh Robotics Network, one of USA’s largest robotics clusters, and Odense Robotics, Denmark’s national cluster for robotics, automation and drones meet each other to learn about the clusters and the opportunities that lies within.
The online meeting will provide participants with insights on the two robotics clusters – strongholds, challenges, and opportunities – and give them a direct access to meet potential collaboration partners from across the Atlantic, and by that paving the way for future collaboration.
The program includes two matchmaking sessions where participants will be matched with industry professionals working on robotics in similar industry verticals – i.e. specialized markets spanning multiple industries.
Industry verticals include:
- Health & Welfare (hospitals, surgery, disinfection, health and wellbeing, etc.)
- Inspection & Maintenance of Infrastructure (drones – aerial and underwater, outdoor mobile robots, data collection, surveying, field robotics, etc.)
- Warehousing & Logistics (AMRs, picking, palletizing, etc.)
- Agriculture & Food (precision farming, greenhouse, drones, vertical farming, etc.)
- Construction & Mining (digital twins, outdoor or indoor, surveying, building, material handling, etc.)
- Manufacturing (manufacturing automation, integrators, automation distributors, etc.)
Matchmaking sessions:
Participants will be divided into groups based on which industry verticals they are interested in. There will be two rounds of matchmaking sessions of each 15 minutes with the purpose of discussing best practices and collaboration opportunities
Information on the participants will be shared across the group of participants prior to the event to prepare for the matchmaking sessions.
Target group:
The online event is targeted at decision makers from the industry as well as knowledge institutions from the USA and Denmark. The event is open to members of Pittsburgh Robotics Network and Odense Robotics.
