Odense Robotics’ annual general assembly takes place on April 18, 2023 and is open to paying members only.

Odense Robotics invites you to participate in the cluster’s annual general assembly on April 18, 2023 and is open to paying members only.

The meeting will be conducted in Danish with the agenda below.

Dagsorden er i henhold til vedtægternes pkt. 8.8 som følger:

  1. Valg af dirigent
  2. Bestyrelsens beretning om foreningens virke i det forløbne år
  3. Forelæggelse af årsrapport med revisionspåtegnet årsberetning til godkendelse, herunder forslag til anvendelse af overskud eller dækning af tab i henhold til det godkendte regnskab
  4. Bestyrelsens forslag til kontingent for det kommende år til godkendelse
  5. Forslag fra bestyrelsen og/eller de betalende medlemmer
  6. Valg af bestyrelsesmedlemmer (hvert 2. år). På valg er:
    • Henrik Anker, Gibotech (genopstiller ikke)
    • Casper Hansen, Technicon (genopstiller)
    • Jørn Tholstrup Rohde, Blue Ocean Robotics (genopstiller ikke)
    • Finn Jäger-Rasmussen, Terma (genopstiller ikke)
    • Jakob Fredsted, Danfoss (genopstiller ikke)
    • Esben Østergaard, ReInvest Robotics (genopstiller)

    Bestyrelsen opstiller følgende nye medlemmer:

Photos and participant list:

Please note that photos will be taken throughout the event. Odense Robotics will use these for marketing and publicity of our initiatives on our website, in social media and in any third party publication. Upon request, participant email list can be shared with participants and event partners.
