Here you will gain insights into patents covering business methods as well as on how to obtain them and use them.
Please note that the seminar will be conducted in Danish.
Why join?
Many businesses choose not to patent their inventive business methods due to preconceived notions about this patent type and lack of legal knowledge. However, there is also a great deal of companies with great interest in these patents – who want to leverage their value if possible.
The seminar will provide you with a deeper understanding of where the world is heading in relation to new business methods and insights on how business methods are handled by authorities and courts of law in Europe, China and USA.
