Smart and safe production in food and pharma – workshop series

Odense Robotics and FORCE Technology would like to invite interested companies to a morning focusing on risk assessment of robot solutions for use in areas with high demands for product safety.

Odense Robotics and FORCE Technology would like to invite interested companies to a morning focusing on risk assessment of robot solutions for use in areas with high demands for product safety.

Participants will get a first glimpse into results from FORCE Technology regarding product risk assessment of robot solutions for full or partial replacement of manual work processes in large kitchens, cleanrooms, and fully automated manual production in a closed box. The requirements for risk management are different in the three cases, as are the requirements for cleanliness and absence of contamination. In food production, microorganisms are the focus, and in cleanrooms for pharmaceutical production, it’s particles. In both situations, allergens and residues from cleaning and disinfectants are risk elements.

The day will involve participant engagement, providing opportunities for networking and contributing input to activities in the field in 2024.

Language: Danish

The workshop series provides a great opportunity to delve deep into this theme, and we encourage participation in all three workshops. However, it is also possible to attend just one or two out of the total three workshops.
