Global Growth Robotics is a five-month programme that helps robot, automation and drone companies with high-growth potential to scale effectively and become leaders in their fields. You will gain tools, insights and hands-on support to develop a successful scaling roadmap based on your company’s unique strategic position and growth potential.

“Delivering growth at scale requires a strategic plan, yet many robot, automation and drone companies in Denmark lack either the time or know-how to create the plan,” says Mads Graves, Business Development Manager at Odense Robotics and project manager for Global Growth Robotics.
“Global Growth Robotics enables companies to create a scaling roadmap designed to realise the company’s unique growth potential. This is the first programme of its kind that’s tailor-made for the robot, automation and drone industry in Denmark. Kickoff and workshops
Through workshops, masterclasses, ongoing support from an individual coach, participating companies develop their very own scaling roadmap over the course of five months. Workshops are facilitated by external experts and feature masterclasses with top industry leaders.
- Kickoff: Strategic positioning and business strategy.
- Sales & Marketing: Market analysis, value proposition, sales, marketing.
- Production: Supply chain, R&D, Service.
- Organisation, infrastructure and support functions: Strategic HR and talent acquisition, IT, legal.
- Financials: Hard money, soft money, financial planning, and investor pitch.
Companies that proceed to the second phase will implement their roadmap with help from the individual coach. This phase lasts approx. two months.

The programme is now open for registration and you can apply now for a place in the autumn. Already, the very first group of companies is in place. One of the first to participate is Tentoma.
