Call for participants: Join a tech development project
Three exciting new Odense Robotics tech development projects are looking for companies to discover e.g. How can we develop resilient and cooperative drone swarms for inspection? ; How do we utilise drone tech as a tool in emergency response to natural distasters such as floods and wildfires? ; How do we develop robust and reliable systems that meet electromagnetic compatibility standards? – all to increase overall efficiency, optimise resources, and reduce final costs.
ROSIE – Resilient Drone Swarms in Inhibited Environments
The ROSIE project aims to build and demonstrate a resilient, cooperative drone swarm for inspections. The project focuses on autonomous drone operation in environments with only sporadic support from public communication infrastructure and satellite-based navigation.
Who can participate?
The project is currently looking for drone SMEs.

SAVER – Swarming Aerial Vehicles for Emergency Response
The project aims to demonstrate the use of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for emergency response, specifically for natural disasters such as floodings and wildfires. The project seeks to address the increasing pressure on emergency response agencies by providing tools for efficient handling of emergency situations. Situational awareness is identified as a crucial aspect of effective disaster management, and the project proposes the use of UAVs to provide fast, efficient, and continuous situational awareness.
Who can participate?
The project is currently looking for drone companies developing tech for emergency response, search & rescue, security, inspection & maintenance, as well as more generic technology providers and potential end customers.

Mitigation of Major Electromagnetic Interference problems for Drones and Robotics Systems
The project aims to overcome EMI challenges and non-compliance issues that can hinder the full utilisation and performance of drones and robotic systems. By improving understanding and providing guidelines for EMC and EMI mitigation, the project seeks to facilitate the development of robust and reliable systems that meet electromagnetic compatibility standards.
How can participate?
The project is currently looking for robotics or drone SMEs.
