Mads Graves has joined Odense Robotics as the new Business Development Manager for the project Global Growth Robotics. Mads has an extensive background in innovation, strategy, sales and communication from both the public and private sectors, and was most recently CEO of TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne and an independent consultant.
How will you make a difference for robotics and drone companies?
Hopefully, I will contribute to the journey that many companies have already begun in regard to sales, supply chain optimisation, attracting capital, building a strong organisation and all the other relevant elements you need to focus on as a company when you are scaling your business from a local, regional or national player to the global market.
My role as Business Development Manager of Global Growth Robotics will be to guide at least 50 companies through the project on that exact journey. So to all those interested, please stay tuned. The project kicks off this summer, so we will soon share more information about how companies can benefit and how to apply.
What are you most looking forward to?
To be part of one of the fastest growing industries in Denmark and the rest of the world, and meeting top-notch companies and people. I am looking forward to motivating and inspiring the entire Danish robotics, automation and drone industry, building on Odense’s success over the last decade.
What experience can you draw on to make a difference for the Danish robotics and drone industry?
My background is sales, communications and organisational development. For the last 15 years, I have worked in business consulting, guiding companies within the fields of communication, sales, strategy and organisation management. I have had the responsibility for many different projects and have had roles in both management and on boards in different companies in various industries. I hope that I can transform and apply that experience and knowledge to the robot, automation and drone companies in Denmark and help take them to new heights.
Global Growth Robotics
The project aims to accelerate global growth amongst robot, automation and drone companies across the country and is a partnership between the Danish Industry Foundation and Odense Robotics.
