The new division, BILA Logistics – and thereby Sealing System – is being strengthened with a new CEO, the internationally experienced Kenneth Krog Madsen.
BILA Logistics’ new key figure, Kenneth Krog Madsen, joins directly after three years as Director responsible for the entire Danish business unit of Stevanato Group. Previously, he served as Head of Production at Grundfos, and before that was responsible for scaling production capacity for Novo Nordisk’s global launch of Ozempic.
“With his solid experience and sharp eye for cross-organizational collaboration, Kenneth Krog Madsen ensures even stronger cohesion across our automation solutions. His competencies combine technical insight with strategic understanding. It’s a perfect match for BILA as an automation specialist offering everything under one roof — from concept development to construction, implementation, and service,” says Jan Bisgaard Sørensen, CEO of BILA Group.
Strengthening synergies for customers and employees
“My task is to reinforce BILA so that both customers and employees gain increased productivity and efficiency from the many synergies within such a broad and powerful organization,” says Kenneth Krog Madsen.
“That’s exactly what I have experience with — building organizations both internally and externally. This will equip our customers and partners around the world to meet the future’s international demands for logistics and automation.”
Kenneth Krog Madsen expects that within a few years, BILA Logistics will not only deliver solutions to Scandinavian customers and their international branches, but also tap into the vast European potential for automation — especially in Germany and across the rest of Europe.
Passionate about cycling and the finish line
Kenneth Krog Madsen holds a BSc in Production and Management Engineering from DTU (Technical University of Denmark). In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family or out on two wheels — whether on road bike, gravel bike, or mountain bike, preferably with a race number and a finish line in sight.
Originally from Kolding, he now lives in Herning with his girlfriend and their two children.
Headquarters in Grindsted
BILA Group develops, builds, and implements automation solutions that optimize production and internal logistics. BILA Logistics is a new division within the group, headquartered at Sealing System, which BILA Group acquired a year ago — thereby securing more than 100 jobs in Grindsted.
The division also includes BILA Products (Global AGV, Kawasaki, Palomat), as well as REO-PACK and DAN Palletiser.
