Denmark is located located in the geographical centre of Europe. Odense is located in the heart of Denmark, easily reached by either rail, road or air from most points in Europe. 

Copenhagen, Billund, and Hamburg airports are directly connected to a vast number of cities all over the world and handle approx. 440,000 arrivals and departures every year. 

From these airports you can easily travel to Odense by public transport. 

From the Danish capital Copenhagen to Odense  

From Copenhagen airport you can take the direct train to Odense, without additional transportation or changing trains. 1.5 hours later you are in Odense. 
You can purchase train tickets online at DSB or at ticket machines located at the airport. Please note, the departure station is Copenhagen airport and the arrival station is Odense St. It is not
possible to buy a ticket in the train.

How to get to the venue
The venue is very centrally located, and if you’re in Odense city centre, the easiest way to get there is by walking or cycling.

If you’re arriving at Odense Train Station, you simply need to cross the City Bridge, which you can access, from the train station platforms.
When you get to the other side, you will find the venue on the other side of Ejlskovsgade. It is a 5-10-minute walk from the station.

Alternative you can take advantage of the public transport and use the busses. Single tickets are easily bought through the local bus company’s app called “FynBus”.
It is also possible to buy a ticket once getting on the bus. However, the only payment accepted is cash.

If you are going by bus to the venue, we recommend you take bus 61 to Stige, or bus 62 to Lumby and stop at a bus stop called Ejlskovsgade.

If you’re arriving by car, you can park in the UCL car park if spaces are available. You’re welcome to use both the guest spaces and the general parking spots. There’s no need to register your vehicle, even if the signs indicate otherwise (a special agreement with the venue). Please note that the number of spaces is limited.

Be careful not to park in the Tietgen City car park – different parking rules apply there.
