Voting is now open for the Odense Robotics 2023 awards: Robotics Company of the Year and Robotics Startup of the Year. Who will you vote for? Place your nominations now and join us at the annual conference on 11 May, when the winners will be revealed.
“Odense Robotics is excited to once again celebrate the exceptional achievements of Denmark’s robotics, automation and drone companies with these awards. We are pleased to give our members across the country the chance to highlight outstanding accomplishments in the industry. The awards celebrate outstanding achievement in Denmark’s robotics, automation and drone industry. Voting is only open to Odense Robotics members, which makes this a unique opportunity to give credit to industry peers that have made extraordinary achievements over the past year.
Members of Odense Robotics can nominate up to three companies per category. This year, it’s also possible to nominate one’s own company. Members will receive a link to the nomination form by email.
Finalists will be revealed in early March. A final round of voting will then follow, before the winners are revealed at the awards ceremony at Odense Robotics’ Annual Conference.
The Odense Robotics Company of the Year award 2023 is sponsored by Nykredit, while the Odense Robotics Startup of the Year award 2023 is sponsored by PLM Group.
The Odense Robotics Company of the Year award was previously won by Capra Robotics in 2022, Mobile Industrial Robots in 2020 and Inwatec in 2019. Last year, a new category – Odense Robotics Startup of the Year – was introduced and awarded to Spin Robotics.
Criteria and rules
- Odense Robotics Company of the Year is based on the following criteria: extraordinary growth, special contribution to the cluster and strategic leadership.
- Odense Robotics Startup of the Year is based on the following criteria: extraordinary potential, pioneering innovation and best team.
- All Odense Robotics member companies and organisations can nominate.
- All member companies older than 3 years can be nominated for Robotics Company of the Year (established before 1 January 2020).
- All member startups younger than 3 years can be nominated for Startup of the Year (established between 1 January 2020 – 1 January 2023).
- Companies can nominate themselves once.
- All members of Odense Robotics can nominate 3 companies, though with a minimum of 2 in total – per award category.
- Senior management are encouraged to place the nominations on behalf of their company / organisation.
Key dates
- UPDATE: First round of nominations closes on 21 March at 12 noon, 2023.
- UPDATE: Finalists are announced in mid-March and the second round of voting starts on 23 March, 2023.
- Winners announced at the award ceremony at Odense Robotics’ Annual Conference on 11 May, 2023.
