Digital services with XR
The purpose is to digitise the customer meeting, using XR solutions for training, service and troubleshooting on the ‘distance’. It gives local producers a greater market reach, and in a green transition perspective, resource consumption for both sales and implementation is reduced. The project will seek innovation challenges so that SMEs can also use XR solutions, and focus on a digital competence boost, and facilitation of hands-on experiences with XR in collaboration with relevant companies from DigitalLead. The project has synergy with UFS activity 3.g. 'XR and robotics in retail and service-experience industry'.

Target group
Smaller system integrators, suppliers / manufacturers of automation solutions (machine builders), a few XR companies.
Outcome
The participating companies achieve a digital boost of competence and potential for long-term collaborations. In addition to disseminating knowledge of results, the cluster will ensure that any identified innovation needs are followed up with continued activities.
