About the programme
Global Growth Robotics is a unique growth acceleration programme specially designed for ambitious robot, automation and drone companies in Denmark.
It aims to help ambitious companies get ready for global growth by providing industry-specific insights and hands-on coaching.
The result is your very own roadmap that will enable you to strategically develop your company’s business, market and organisation.
Through workshops, masterclasses, individual sessions with your own individual coach, you will develop your company’s very own roadmap – and get hands-on help to make it a reality.
You will learn from top industry experts who share their know-how about scaling up successfully. And you will have hands-on help from your own indvidual coach throughout.
The programme is open to ambitious robot, automation and drone companies across the country and across the value chain, from startups to established companies, from component developers to producers.
You will participate in a series of workshops in small groups over a period of approx. five months. After the five months, you will have your very own roadmap.
The programme starts with a kick-off workshop, where you will examine your company’s strategic position. This is followed by four workshops facilitated by external experts featuring masterclasses from leading industry experts.
You will have your very own coach who will guide you throughout the programme, offering advice and hands-on help.
Companies that proceed to the second phase will implement their roadmap with help from your coach. This phase lasts approx. two months.
The kickoff workshop will create the foundation for the four following workshops and ultimately your final roadmap.
Here, you will deep dive into your company’s strategic position, identify your critical success factors and create your business strategy. You will be trained in the crucial tools you need to build this strategic foundation.
After the kick-off workshop, you will develop your individual business strategy with help from your coach.
