The programme
You will participate in a series of workshops in small groups over a period of approx. five months. After the five months, you will have your very own roadmap.
The programme starts with a kick-off workshop, where you will examine your company’s strategic position. This is followed by four workshops facilitated by external experts featuring masterclasses from leading industry experts.
You will have your very own coach who will guide you throughout the programme, offering advice and hands-on help.
Companies that proceed to the second phase will implement their roadmap with help from your coach. This phase lasts approx. two months.

Here, you will deep dive into your company’s strategic position, identify your critical success factors and create your business strategy. You will be trained in the crucial tools you need to build this strategic foundation.
