Tus-Holdings and Odense Robotics signed an agreement today to strengthen collaboration within robotics, automation and drones. The agreement declares Tus-Holdings as a strategic industry partner that will work together with Odense Robotics to help its members explore the Chinese market, find partners and promote investment in innovation.
“Tus-Holdings is proud to be a strategic industry partner for Odense Robotics, a world-class ecosystem for robotics, automation and drones. We see significant potential to strengthen collaboration with Denmark’s pioneering robotics industry and look forward to supporting the national cluster’s endeavours to drive innovation and growth,” says Tus-Holdings Vice President Hu bo.
Tus-Holdings is the largest innovation service operator in China, the world’s largest and fastest-growing market for industrial robots. The announcement is the first international agreement of its kind for Odense Robotics and builds on an earlier agreement between the two parties.
“Odense Robotics is excited to have the support of Tus-Holdings as a strategic industry partner. As a global pioneer of tech with a strong footprint in China and strong ties to Tsinghua University, Tus-Holdings is an important partner that can create new opportunities for Denmark’s robot, automation and drone companies to explore the Chinese market. This partnership underscores our commitment to developing valuable partnerships that deliver impact for our members,” says Odense Robotics CEO Mikkel Christoffersen.
Today’s agreement was signed simultaneously in Odense, Denmark, and at TusPark in Kunshan, a science park providing incubation and enterprise services to high-tech companies located in China’s south-eastern Jiangsu province. The ceremony was attended by several executive leaders from Tus-Holdings and among others the Consul General of Denmark in Shanghai.
“I send my best congrats to Tus-Holdings and Odense Robotics with their new partnership. Both parties are driven by a strong purpose to accelerate technologies and provide tech pioneers with world-class conditions for growth. I trust the partnership will have great success, and I will follow the progress with sincere interest,” says Jakob Linulf, Consul General of Denmark, Shanghai.
Under the terms of the one-year agreement, Tus-Holdings grants DKK 100,000 to Odense Robotics. The national cluster will continue to forge new partnerships in Denmark and internationally in order to strengthen ties with industry and leverage new opportunities for accelerating growth and innovation.
