The project strengthens key green and regional industries by ensuring access to qualified labour through talent attraction via workshops, company visits, matchmaking events, and job fairs, retention of national and international students, and guidance to companies on hiring and integrating international employees. The goal is to create a strong, sustainable talent pipeline that supports Denmark’s green transition and regional growth.
