Odense Robotics invites ambitious scaleups and startups with high growth potential to an exciting afternoon in Aarhus on 23 August, where digitalisation expert Annebeth Aagaard provides insights on how digitalisation can accelerate your company’s scale up journey and gives you the chance to apply your knowledge in a mini workshop. The workshop is open to non-members of Odense Robotics.

You’ll also hear how Odense Robotics’ Global Growth Robotics programme is helping robot, automation and drone companies across Denmark to scale up successfully. Through workshops and masterclasses with industry experts and sessions with an individual coach, participants develop their company’s very own roadmap – and get hands-on help to make it a reality.

Programme

Presentation: Scale up your company with digitalisation and partnerships / Annabeth Aaagaard 

Annabeth Aagaard (PhD, MsC) is Associate Professor and Center Director of Interdisciplinary Center for Digital Business Development at Aarhus University, and strategic advisor in digital and sustainable business development, innovation management and strategy development. She has written 15 books and published more than 200 articles on the subject. Aagaard has 25 years of experience as a leader and strategic advisor for Top 100 companies via her consultancy company www.denvidendevirksomhed.dk.
Aagaard provides insight, knowledge and tools to digital business development and how you upscale via digitalisation and data. The presentation will cover:  

• Digital business development and performance  
• From product selling to solution provider 
• Partnerships as a way to improving performance 

Workshop: Digital maturity analysis and digital business development / Annabeth Aaagaard 

After the presentation, there will be a mini workshop, where you get the opportunity to apply the business development tools to your own company case.
