Important: Market Screening Required 

Before purchasing Odense Robotics as a Project Guide, participating SMEs must carry out a market screening. 

The purpose is to comply with the principles of sound financial management and cost-effectiveness, and to ensure that purchases are made on market terms – regardless of the amount. 

Note: The offer is not about “saving administration” for companies but about acquiring specialized expertise that increases the project’s quality and progress. 

Financing, Requirements, and Practical Details 

The Project Guide can be purchased using overhead funds. 

In the Cluster Programme 2025–2028, a 40% account plan with undocumented overhead is applied. The purchase is included in the overhead allocation. 

Market screening is required when SMEs make purchases and must be conducted in connection with the selection of the supplier and the purchase itself. 

The 40% overhead model means that SMEs do not have to submit separate documentation for the purchase; however, the project’s procedures must ensure that the market screening is actually carried out.

Membership Benefit

Paying members of Odense Robotics can purchase a Project Guide for 25% of their supported grant

Non-members or non-paying members can purchase a Project Guide for 40 % of their supported grant

It is a requirement that all companies in the project agree on the purchase of an Odense Robotics Project Guide.
