Based on the latest knowledge about people, their actions and needs, you’ll learn methods and tools to translate insights into the user experience, and learn the specific design initiatives that provide greater value both for the company and for the user.

In other words, you’ll learn how user experience can be measured and weighed with a collection of insights and user research, and thus you become able to map out the design initiatives that are needed for the users to exclaim: “I love it”.
