In the workshop with Design School Koldings on UX design, you will learn how to involve users in the development process and become better at mapping out the specific needs to implemented in a creative and iterative design cycle. Based on the latest knowledge about people, their actions and needs, you’ll learn methods and tools to translate insights into the user experience, and learn the specific design initiatives that provide greater value both for the company and for the user.
In other words, you’ll learn how user experience can be measured and weighed with a collection of insights and user research, and thus you become able to map out the design initiatives that are needed for the users to exclaim: “I love it”. The course is for all types of developers who have, or are in the process of, establishing a user base for a product or service, but lack the tools to create an overview and get insight into the user base’s needs for future improvements and design initiatives.
