Finalists announced for Odense Robotics Awards

NAUST Robotics, KOBOTS company and Yuman are finalists for the Odense Robotics Startup of the Year Award, while QuadSAT, Unicontrol and FarmDroid are finalists for the Odense Robotics Company of the Year Award. Voting has now come to an end and the winners will be revealed at Odense Robotics’ Annual Conference on 11 May.
The finalists were chosen by members of Odense Robotics based on specific criteria. Company of the Year focused on companies with extraordinary growth, special contributions to the cluster, and strategic leadership. Finalists for Startup of the Year were selected based on the criteria: extraordinary potential, pioneering innovation, and best team.

Odense Robotics Startup of the Year finalists:
NAUST Robotics develops autonomous drone platforms for the agriculture industry, focused on bird scaring and monitoring. They are located in Odense and Balázs Megyeri is the CEO.
KOBOTS company develops mobile cutting robots for the construction industry. They are located in Odense and Christina Grigoriou Dalsgaard is the CEO.
Yuman develops autonomous mobile robots to assist nurses in the transport of small equipment in hospital wards. They are located in Kongens Lyngby and Sara López Alaguero is the CEO.
Odense Robotics Company of the Year finalists:
QuadSAT produces drone-based antenna measurement and calibration solutions. They are located in Odense and Joakim Espeland is the CEO.
Unicontrol produces 3D machine control systems for the construction industry. They are located in Odense and Niels Bjerregaard is the CEO.
FarmDroid produces autonomous field robots for the agriculture industry. They are located in Vejen and René Jørgensen is the CEO.
