NextGen All Inclusive
Do your highly specialised employees spend time on tasks that do not require their specialist knowledge? Have you considered whether those tasks can be solved by a new candidate who can help and relieve the colleagues for a few hours or days each week? Free up specialist resources and at the same time contribute to an inclusive labour market.

Leveraging Non-Specialized Skills to Support Specialists
Many companies on Funen lack specialised labour. But it takes time to train new specialised employees. A good alternative is therefore to create the conditions for your specialists to work as efficiently as possible. While your company is lacking qualified employees, there are people on Funen who are looking for tasks – and not necessarily specialist tasks.
These people need to find a foothold on the labour market again and can help your specialists focus on their core tasks. These candidates want to be part of a workplace that is so inclusive that it can appreciate a new colleague who can handle small as well as large routine tasks. Tasks that are typically time-consuming for specialised employees, but which must be solved and are therefore important and valuable.
With NextGen All Inclusive you can:
- Clarify which tasks in your company are suitable as a job for your new employee.
- Prepare a concept that makes it easy to onboard your new colleague.
- Train an employee to become a mentor for your new colleague.
- Free up specialist resources.
Who is it for?
NextGen All Inclusive supports companies on Funen that need qualified labour. We focus on NextGen Robotics and companies that facilitate green transition, but others can also be involved. We focus on candidates who can create value for companies by taking on limited tasks that do not require specialist skills or full-time employment. In this way, they can contribute to alleviating companies’ demand for
qualified labour.
What does it involve?
NextGen All Inclusive is a two steps process:
Step 1:
You will meet with the consulting firm Ballisager, which will help you get an overview of potential and concrete tasks that you can solve.
Step 2:
Ballisager will help you develop a concept for how to welcome the new colleague who enters your company through the project. And one of your employee is trained to become mentor for the new colleague. You will then be matched with a candidate who will be associated with the company during the project period. The goal is for the candidate to eventually gain employment and become partially self-sufficient.
How much does it cost?
