Return policy
Physical Conference tickets for general members can be refunded, however such a request needs to be communicated to Odense Robotics no later than 22 of November 2023.

Parking info
Parking at Thomas Manns Vej P1 is accessed via the entrance from Alfred Nobels Vej.
Additional parking spaces at Aalborg University are located west of Pontoppidanstræde, north of Fibigerstræde, west of Kroghstræde, and at Fredrik Bajers Vej. In these areas, there is free parking without time restrictions.
Inside the university area, there are a limited number of marked parking spaces. Parking is only allowed in the designated spots. If you park outside the marked areas, you risk being noted by the parking attendants.

GDPR: Photo and video of the event
Photos will be taken during the event and by signing up, you agree to feature in these. If you don’t wish to feature in images of the event, contact Odense Robotics on the day of the event. The images can later be used to promote future network meetings.
When signing up to the event, please note that the event will be streamed live, as well as recorded and later shared via Odense Robotics channels.
